Our slot machine was not working for 4 years. I could not afford to have someone come out and fix it. I finally found the Slot Doctor and signed up. I bypassed the door switches, installed MPU, reset game, coined it up and pulled the handle and it works! All this time it was just ONE bad connection. Thanks for all your help. Paul C.

It was the plunger as you described, it would not close the switch as it should. I took it all apart and cleaned and lubricated it and good news, it worked! Sam B.
I cleaned and adjusted everything as described. After this the wheel would turn. I put the hopper assembly back in and EVERYTHING is now working! Lights, coin delivery etc are all working! Thank you for your help! Jim E.
I managed to relocate the part in question. The machine accepted coins and played, but would not payout. I disconnected the switch as you suggested and this solved the problem! It now plays properly. Jim R.
